Property Management Services

Kline Properties, Inc. provides residential and commercial property management, leasing, and real estate services in Indianapolis, Indiana. Our services include but are not limited to:

Rental property listings and availability information
Lease application processing and tenant screening
Scheduled property showings
Ongoing property management and maintenance coordination

Property Listings & Availability

We strive to keep all property listing information accurate and up-to-date. However, rental availability, pricing, and terms may change without notice. All listings are subject to prior rental. We reserve the right to modify or remove any listing at our discretion.

Showing Schedule

Scheduled property showings are subject to availability and landlord approval. Cancellations or rescheduling should be communicated to our office as soon as possible. Repeated no-shows may result in restricted access to future scheduled showings.

Agreement to Receive Text Messages

SMS Text Messaging Terms:

By providing your mobile number, you agree that Kline Properties, Inc. may send you periodic SMS or MMS messages containing but not limited to important information, updates, deals, and specials.

You will receive up to 4 messages per month.
You may unsubscribe at any time by texting the word STOP to (463) 285-9556. You may receive a subsequent message confirming your opt-out request.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your phone plan.
United States participating carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular®, MetroPCS®, InterOp, Cellcom, C Spire Wireless, Cricket, Virgin Mobile and others.
T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree to notify us of any changes to your mobile number and update your account with us to reflect this change.

Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your cell phone number, your carrier’s name, and the date, time, and content of your messages, as well as other information that you provide. We may use this information to contact you and to provide the services you request from us.

By subscribing or otherwise using the service, you acknowledge and agree that we will have the right to change and/or terminate the service at any time, with or without cause and/or advance notice.

Will I Be Charged for Text Messages?

Though Kline Properties, Inc. will never charge you for the text messages you receive, depending on your phone plan, you may see some charges from your mobile provider. Please reach out to your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our website or services. This includes but is not limited to submitting false information on rental applications, damaging property during showings, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Kline Properties, Inc. and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Kline Properties, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) to access the services giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law
