SMS Opt-In Checkbox

This checkbox appears on the contact information step of the showing scheduler, immediately before the "Schedule Showing" button. Renters must check it to consent to SMS notifications.

TCPA Compliance Elements

  • Express Consent: Checkbox is unchecked by default — user must actively check it.
  • Clear Disclosure: Language identifies sender (Kline Properties, Inc.), purpose (property inquiry and promotional messages), and method (autodialer).
  • No Condition of Purchase: Explicitly states consent is not a condition of any purchase.
